Refund and Returns Policy

At PrivateEmma, we take our service standards seriously. Because pregnancy-related care requires exceptional attention, we maintain a clear and reliable refund system to protect both our customers and the integrity of our services.

Please review the following policy details carefully:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address:
    Refunds cannot be issued if an order is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

  • Orders Already Shipped:
    Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Overnight Shipping Orders:
    Orders placed using the Overnight shipping option are not refundable, as they are processed and shipped within 30 minutes.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and details about the issue so we can assist you promptly.

  • Order Cancellation:
    Refunds may be granted only if the order was placed using the Express shipping method and canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
