Incorrect Shipping Address:
Refunds cannot be issued if an order is returned due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. -
Orders Already Shipped:
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for a refund. -
Overnight Shipping Orders:
Orders placed using the Overnight shipping option are not refundable, as they are processed and shipped within 30 minutes. -
