Refund Policy

  • Incorrect Shipping Address:
    Refunds cannot be issued if an order is returned due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • Shipped Orders:
    Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Overnight Shipping Orders:
    Orders placed with the Overnight shipping option are processed within minutes and therefore cannot be refunded.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and details of the item received so we can assist you promptly.

  • Express Shipping Cancellations:
    Refunds for express-shipping orders are only possible if the order is canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Product Returns:
