Orders placed with express shipping, or those already processed and shipped, are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
For all other orders, customers may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the purchase. In such cases, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded, as the remaining portion covers bank transaction charges incurred by the website.
